Billing

• • You do your own billing, but you've run into a few difficult cases? We would love to help!

  • You understand the basics, but some of this billing terminology is daunting. EDI, ERA, EFT, what's the difference? Prior-authorizations? Deductibles? Fee schedules? We can help explain some of the more difficult aspects of tackling your own revenue cycle! 

  • You have a mix of self pay and insurance patients, you want to make sure you're adhering to your insurance contracts with how you're billing patients across the board. 

  • What in the world should we be charging for services? What can I charge patients if we're filing insurance? The laws and insurance regulations can make these questions daunting. 

  • You just credentialed and contracted with an insurance company, but now need to establish connections to send electronic claims, receive electronic remits and accept direct deposit from insurance companies. Once you complete your booking, you will be sent an invoice via Melio. The invoice must be paid 24 hours prior to the meeting start time.
